IndiPrint offers a hassle-free return policy. We’re committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience.
Return Eligibility:
- All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product
- Must include order ID, photographic evidence, and reason for return
- Product must be returned in original condition with tags intact
- Product must be in original packaging
Refund Conditions:
We offer a full refund minus applicable postage and handling charges under these conditions:
- Product received is completely different from what was ordered
- Product is damaged or defective
- Product has printing issues
- Return request is submitted within required time
Return Process:
- Contact us via call or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide order ID, photos and reason for return
- Wait for approval
- Ship the product back to us
- Once received and inspected, refund will be processed
Refund Timeline:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
Replacement Process:
If your order qualifies for a replacement, the reshipping process will take an additional 5-7 business days from the date the replacement is issued.
Important Note: It is the buyer’s responsibility to review and verify all details including spelling, alignment, and placement of pictures or text before confirming the order. IndiPrint is not liable for any issues caused by the customer after receiving the product.
Note: Customized orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once submitted.
