Estimated Delivery Times:
- Metro and major cities: 5–7 business days
- Rural and remote areas: up to 14 business days
Damaged Product Replacement:
We will provide a replacement if your product is damaged during transit due to improper handling by the courier service.
The replacement process will take an additional 5-7 business days from the date it is issued.
Strict legal action will be taken against any unlawful attempts to misuse this service.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹999.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your order status using this tracking number.
Failed Deliveries
In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability at the delivery location, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
